Shipping Options?

We offer UPS or USPS for our primary shipping option.


USPS Shipping:  We will NOT guarantee arrival dates for ANY USPS priority shipment.  The dates provided by USPS are 'estimated' they are NOT guaranteed.  We are unable to effectively track any of the USPS shipments, therefore, if your package is lost, or misplaced, we will NOT be responsible to re-ship a new order at our cost.  We will only re-ship orders if it was not delivered because of an error that Sassy Signs created. 


If you are in a hurry, please choose UPS as your shipping option.



When will my product ship?
We are so excited for you to get your signs that
we try our very best to process (package and ship) ALL orders placed by 12 noon CST Monday-Thursday on the same day.  However, there are days when we are SUPER busy and are not able to get all of our orders out on the same day.  We guarantee all orders go out within 24 business hours.

If you are in a hurry to get your signs, please make a note in the comments section (upon checkout) letting us know.  We will do everything we can to get the order out ASAP! 

Please note:  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday.  We do not ship on Holidays or Weekends! This includes if they are Next Day or 2nd Day Air.  


Shipping time frames: NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR and 3 DAY SELECT are only in transit on Business days.  Example, if your order ships on Friday using NEXT DAY AIR, it will arrive the next business day, MONDAY.



 

How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another confirmation email once your order has shipped. You can check the status of your order by clicking here to log into your account.


What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Check your junk mail! If you still don't have it, you can log into your account at any time to check the status of your order.
